2025 Extrapreneur and CNA Award: Second Round - Executive Business Summary

Extraco Banks is launching two awards this year, Extrapreneur and CNA Award Program. Both of these programs have been created to provide non-profits, entrepreneurs and small businesses in Central Texas a resource for growth and innovation in our communities through awards, mentorship and access to other business resources. Extraco is passionate about being a catalyst for innovative ideas and creating an entrepreneurial bridge across our communities.
The Extraco Extrapreneur Award Program provides a platform for entrepreneurs to present their ideas to a panel of Extraco senior business leaders. Entrepreneurs are provided constructive feedback and consulting throughout the process through a dedicated Extraco employee mentor.
Returning this year, the CNA Award provides non-profit and faith-entrepreneurs in Central Texas strategic partner resources to further embrace kingdom impact. Mirroring the Extrapreneur Award, finalists of CNA Award will partner with Extraco Banks executive to prepare a pitch presentation.
Both Award Programs are only open to those in the Central Texas area. Please see below for more information.

Award Amounts
For the 2025 program cycle, finalists for Extrapreneur will receive a $1,500 cash prize. Each finalist will be placed into a regional category based on the business’ headquarters location:
Region 1
Coryell County
Hamilton County
McLennan County
Region 2
Bell County
Williamson Country
Region 3
Brazos County
Each Extrapreneur regional winner will win a $5,000 cash prize are not eligible to win the $1,500 finalist prize amount. The two CNA Award finalists will receive a $5,000 cash prize.
The overall winner of both award programs will win a $25,000 cash prize.
All finalists are eligible to win the “People’s Choice” award, an additional $1,000 cash prize for Extrapreneur and the CNA Award.

Requirements
Businesses should meet the following requirements prior to applying for Extrapreneur:
Business headquarters is in one of the following counties: Bell, Brazos, Coryell, Hamilton, McLennan and Williamson
Must be a legal entity and not a franchise
Must have revenue of at least $150,000 but not to exceed $3 million in annual revenue
Faith-entrepreneur and non-profit organization applying for CNA Award are required to:
Have a Christian-based mission
Be headquartered in one of the following counties: Bell, Brazos, Coryell, Hamilton, McLennan and Williamson
Must be a legal entity or non-profit with 501 (c) 3 status
Have a vision for scalability
The Overall Winner is not eligible to apply for the next two program cycles, however prior year applicants and finalists are eligible to apply again
