KEY DATES AND DEADLINES
1. Submissions OPEN: Monday, Sept. 15
2. Submissions CLOSE: Thurs. Nov. 6
3. Finalists will be notified via email by the end of the day on Tues. Nov. 18 (students will be required to accept the invitation immediately to compete at the 2025 SVIC Finalist Showcase before their spot is forfeited to the next runner up).

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
1. The competition is open to both individuals AND teams.
2. SJSU students (undergraduate and graduate) and pre-approved partner institutions are eligible to participate.
3. A student may participate on more than one team, but should not be the team lead for more than one team.
4. EACH team must submit ONE entry.
5. Entries must be unique and original. An entry that won an award in a previous SVIC competition may not be re-entered.
6. Only original student work will be accepted. Entries written by professional organizations or consultants will be disqualified.
