Welcome to the 2025 AWS Imagine Grant UK & Ireland submission portal. To submit your Round One application, please click “Apply Now” and follow the page instructions. Please review the terms and conditions carefully before applying.
If you have not viewed the detailed information about funding eligibility, Round One application questions, and evaluation criteria, please download the AWS Imagine Grant Guidelines available on the Imagine Grant website before you apply.
All Round One proposals must be submitted via the web application form by 11:59PM BST on June 2, 2025. Late applications will not be accepted. Please build in buffer time to troubleshoot technical difficulties, as we may not be able to respond to individual inquiries prior to the deadline.
Organisations will receive notification via email of their status and if they are selected to advance to Round Two by July 9, 2025.

- Impact on mission-critical goals
- Clearly defined outcomes
- Detailing and applicability of AWS services within the project scope
